Processing Time
- The processing time for your order is 1-3 business days. During this time, your order is checked, packed, and forwarded to logistics for shipment. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time.
Shipping Time
- Once processed, your order will be shipped out and will take an additional 3-5 business days to reach you. We currently only ship within the United States and U.S. territories, and we do not offer international shipping.
Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@chumlashop.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. If you reach out after processing, we regret that we won’t be able to cancel the order.
Unclaimed Orders
- We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or due to incorrect or insufficient addresses. If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address on your confirmation email, please reply to that email with the updated details as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, we cannot change the address and will not be held responsible for incorrect or insufficient information.
Return/Exchange Policy
- Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. Customers are responsible for reading the product descriptions and shipping times before making a purchase. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us at info@chumlashop.com with clear photos of the product, packaging, and your order details so that we can assess the issue and work towards a resolution.
Custom/Duty Fees
- Since we do not offer international shipping, there are no customs or duty fees applicable for orders.
Separate Packages
- In some cases, your order may be split into different packages. This could happen for a few reasons:
- Certain items may be on backorder.
- Weight restrictions imposed by the shipping carrier.
- Different warehouse locations (we work with multiple warehouses to bring you the best selection at affordable prices).
Holiday Season
- During the busy holiday season (October, November, and December), shipping times may take longer than expected due to high sales volumes. We ask for your patience during this time. Rest assured, your order will arrive, and we strive to keep you satisfied as a loyal customer.
Tracking Information
- You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. This will allow you to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
